How to Write an Activity Report

Keep the report positive, if possible
Keep it short and simple. Point form is preferred. More detail will be requested if needed
Keep a running list of accomplishments between reports Give credit where credit is due. Thank individuals for their help. If you provided assistance or completed a task, please say so
Be specific and accurate
It’s okay to report that you began or researched something. Not everything happens inside one reporting period and preparatory activities may take time and add value

Activity reports are used for Spring TAC Technical meeting and annual TAC Conference in the Fall (two reports are anticipated per year)
Activity reports are submitted within 3 weeks of the Spring and Fall meetings
Reports are written addressed to the TLC (not the ITE Canada Executive Committee). The TLC will coordinate into a single submission including highlights across all 9 councils, task force committees and sub-committees
