Le parcours\, d’une longueur d’environ 15km\, a été conçu pour mettre en valeur plusieurs infrastructures cyclables et espaces urbains d’intérêt à travers la ville. Cette boucle d’environ 2 heures permettra de combiner balade\, discussions techniques et réseautage entre professionnels et passionnés de mobilité. Pour conclure la soirée\, nous nous rendrons dans l’une des meilleures microbrasseries de Laval pour un 5 à 7 convivial. \nCette activité est co-organisée avec BIXI et la Ville de Laval. \nDes vélos seront fournis à tous les participants par BIXI au départ de l’événement. Bringing extensive experience in transportation policy and urban logistics\, Dr. Woudsma will share his insights into the transit impact modeling\, active transportation integration\, and the broader community-building strategies that guided the ION LRT’s development. \nDr. Woudsma will be joined by Region of Waterloo staff involved in the new Transit hub\, located in downtown Kitchener.
