SUMMARY:ITE Southwestern Ontario: London BRT Platform Walk-through
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an exciting look at one of London’s new Bus Rapid Transit platforms!  Newly constructed on Ontario Street next to the Western Fairgrounds\, ITE Southwestern Ontario is offering a guided tour of the first of our new stops\, courtesy of Jennie Dann\, Director of Construction and Infrastructure Services of the City of London. \nWe’ll meet at the Western Fair Market parking lot for the platform inspection.  There will be time for questions on-site\, then we will head slightly eastward to The Clubhouse at 100 Kellogg Lane for some refreshments – we can walk or drive as there is free parking at the venue.  ITE Southwest Ontario will provide some snacks\, additional food and beverages will be available for purchase.  We’ve also booked the golf simulator\, and will be holding a One-Shot Longest Drive contest (Gift card for the Ladies and Mens winners!) \nMEETING POINT:  Parking lot for Western Fair Market\, at the southeast corner of Dundas and Ontario Streets\, London.   We can’t wait to see you there! \n4:45 – arrival and check-in at 42°59’27.3″N 81°13’17.7″W parking \n5:00-5:45 tour and inspection \n5:45-6:00 transfer to 100 Kellogg Lane (walk or drive) \n6:00-7:00 presentation and Longest Drive challenge (snacks included with ticket) \n7:00-  networking and dinner (not included with ticket) \nMore Info about London’s coming BRT system  Rapid Transit | City of London
