The purpose of the award is to recognize an individual who has contributed to the advancement of transportation in the Northern Alberta Area (north of Red Deer). Eligibility is for those professionals that have shown dedicated service to the transportation engineering field from a broad scope and for an extended period.
Evaluation Criteria
Nominees must be members of ITE. Individuals may self-nominate, be nominated by a peer, and/or nominated by an employer.
Judging Criteria
Years of service to the transportation engineering field (10 points)
Significant contributions and advancements made over their career (40 points)
Coverage across a wide variety of subject areas within the industry (40 points)
Contributions and involvement with the NACITE section activity (10 points)
Bonus points for involvement as a NACITE board member
