ITE Canada is a professional association comprising over 2,000 members – transportation engineers, planners, technologists, and students across Canada. We are a federally regulated not-for-profit corporation registered as the Canadian Institute of Transportation Engineers. ITE Canada is a district of ITE International which consists of over 18,000 transportation professionals in more than 70 countries working to improve mobility and safety for all transportation system users and help build smart and livable communities.
Our mission is to provide the Canadian transportation community opportunities to learn, connect, contribute and grow to best meet the needs for safe and healthy mobility in Canada.
ITE Canada is volunteer-driven by members from across the country. We provide opportunities for professional development and community building at a national level through conferences, training, publications, and involvement in projects and products advancing knowledge in the industry. These programs are made possible through our Committees and Appointments as well as our Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
