The District Board Operating Manual sets out how the ITE Canada Board conducts its affairs. This document does not override the District's incorporation bylaw No. 1 which outlines the corporations legal obligations under Canadian law. Where the operating procedure conflicts with Bylaw No. 1, Bylaw No. 1 takes precedence.
