What we do
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure has a broad mandate and is committed to maintaining and improving New Brunswick’s public infrastructure throughout the more than 18,000 kilometers of provincial highway and over 5400 bridges and large culverts we care for. Office location: 440 King Street, Fredericton.
Open office layout.
Standard hours of work: Monday – Friday.
Some travel within the province will be required.

BASE SALARY: $3,552.09 to $4,632.67 bi-weekly, based on a 36.25 hours per week.
Based on Operational Requirements, hours may be designated to:
40 hours per week ($3,919.55 to $5,111.91 bi-weekly) or
45 hours per week ($4,409.09 to $5,750.90 bi-weekly)
Recognition and Retention Premium
The recognition and retention premium is based on written confirmation of recognition and registration with a Canadian Regulatory body.
Fifteen (15) years but less than twenty (20) years – 1.0%
Twenty (20) years but less than twenty-five (25) years – 2.0%
Twenty-five (25) years – 3.0%
