NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of Members of CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS / INSTITUT CANADIEN DES INGÉNIEURS EN TRANSPORTS dba ITE Canada District will be held at via video conference on the 11th day of December, 2025, at 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time, to:
- Receive and consider the annual report, the financial statements and the report of the public accountant;
- Elect directors;
- Appoint public accountants;
- Ratify all acts, by-laws and proceedings of the directors and officers since the last annual meeting of members; and
- Transact such further business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are requested to date, sign and return the form of proxy (below). To be effective, the completed form of proxy must be received by the Secretary of CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS / INSTITUT CANADIEN DES INGÉNIEURS EN TRANSPORTS not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for the meeting.

AVIS DE CONVOCATION À L’ASSEMBLÉE GÉNÉRALE ANNUELLE
Avis est par les présentes donné que l’assemblée annuelle des membres du CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS / INSTITUT CANADIEN DES INGÉNIEURS EN TRANSPORTS aura lieu à 14h00, le mercredi 11 décembre 2024, par vidéoconférence afin de:
- Recevoir et examiner le rapport annuel, les états financiers et le rapport de l’expert-comptable ;
- Élire les administrateurs ;
- Nommer les vérificateurs pour la préparation des états financiers ;
- Ratifier toutes les lois, tous les règlements administratifs et toutes les délibérations des administrateurs et des dirigeants depuis la dernière assemblée annuelle des membres ; et
- Traiter toute autre question pouvant être dûment soumise à l’assemblée ou à toute reprise de celle-ci en cas d’ajournement.
Les membres qui ne peuvent assister à l’assemblée sont priés de dater, signer et retourner le formulaire de procuration ci-joint. Pour être valide, le formulaire de procuration dûment rempli doit parvenir au secrétaire du CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS / INSTITUT CANADIEN DES INGÉNIEURS EN TRANSPORTS au moins 48 heures avant l’heure fixée pour la réunion.
