We are pleased to announce the ITE Canada 2026 Annual Conference happening May 31 to June 3 in Victoria, BC on the traditional territories of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples of the Songhees Nation and Xwsepsum Nation.
ITE Canada’s National Technical Program Committee invites you to share your ideas in Victoria at ITE Canada 2026 where we will explore how transportation can serve as a powerful connector of places, people and communities. This year’s conference theme, Creating Connections Through Transportation, highlights the essential role our work plays in building physical, social, and economic linkages across all scales. We welcome your insights, research, and real-world experiences that demonstrate how thoughtful planning and engineering can connect more than just destinations.
We welcome submissions from any topic. Below are some suggestions for topics of high interest:
A variety of session formats will be planned and innovative formats that foster connections and/or collaboration among audience members are encouraged. The proposed presentation format is considered as part of the overall evaluation of each abstract, and abstracts with unique presentation formats may be prioritized.
The Call for Abstracts will close on Monday, November 3, 2025.
