You will be working in a team environment focused on achieving great city-building outcomes, and working in complex, non-standard urban environments is the norm. Primary duties include:

Collaborate with the UCS team of Urban Designers and Engineers, and to oversee consultants and contractors during detailed design and construction, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the masterplan vision.
Administer contracts to ensure they meet project requirements, reviewing and approving changes or extensions when necessary.
Evaluate project risks, explore procurement options, recommend contractor and consultant selection methods, and assist in the selection process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, community organizations, businesses, and partners to deliver exceptional service and successful projects.
Represent the project at community events, public meetings, and customer sessions to support project design and implementation.
Oversee project close-out by ensuring submission of as-built documents and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Knowledge of project or design engineering standards within a government or consulting environment is required.
