This annual award showcases excellent technical achievement in transportation planning and/or engineering. This award recognizes the high quality of projects within the transportation industry in Canada.
To honour one of the technical leaders in the industry, the ITE Canada Technical Liaison Committee (TLC) established this award to honour Stan Teply, a pioneer and mentor to many in the Canadian transportation field. Dr. Teply had an extensive and varied career in transportation engineering and municipal management, industry, consulting, and academia spanning decades. Recipients will be presented with the Outstanding Technical Project Award in honour of Stan Teply at the ITE Canada Annual Conference Excellence in Transportation Awards luncheon.
The Outstanding Technical Project Award in honour of Stan Teply recipient will be chosen from the Canadian nominees put forward for the ITE Transportation Achievement Awards.
All nominations must meet the submission requirements and judging criteria provided by ITE International for the ITE Transportation Achievement Awards as outlined here.
To be considered for the Outstanding Technical Project Award in honour of Stan Teply, you must submit a nomination to the ITE Transportation Achievement Awards.
