Use this form for submitting CITE Expense. Fill in a form for each event/activity that you are claiming. Save the form and attach scanned receipts to your email and send to treasurer@itecanada.org. Alternatively, print the completed form and attach copies of your receipts and mail in your claim. Note that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill in this form.
