Save money with reduced early bird registration rates when you purchase your tickets before the March 31. ITE members get even more discounts with special rates for younger, student, and retired members.

NEW! Young professional members between 22 and 29 have access to a heavily subsidized rate of only $600 for the full conference. This rate is only available until March 31.

2. Priority Access to Tours

Guarantee your spot on a Technical Tour with an early registration. Hamilton 2024 features nine technical tours where you can experience The Hammer’s vibrant main streets, innovations, and unique transportation challenges and solutions on the ground. Always a favourite of conference attendees, these tours have limited space and will fill up quickly!

Unique to Hamilton, you can also snag your seat on one of our Premium Tours happening on Wednesday after the conference-closing lunch:

  • Experience the power and beauty of one of Canada’s scenic treasures with a trip to Niagara Falls. Visit immersive exhibits at the first major power plant on the Canadian side of the Niagara River and then descend 180′ in a glass-panelled elevator and explore the 2,200′ long tunnel, leading to an observation deck at the river’s edge (pictured above).
  • Join an in-depth guided tour of the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum featuring a unique collection of over 40 aircraft, aviation artifacts and memorabilia. Plus, test your skills and challenge colleagues on a flight simulator!

3. Secure a room at the conference hotel

A limited number of discounted rooms are available for #ITECanada2024 attendees at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel until May 1, 2024 or when the block is sold out. Booking your registration and hotel early will increase the chance you’ll get a room at the official conference hotel which is connected to our venue. Rates start at $174 per night and can be booked here.

Special thanks to our Hospital Sponsor Innovative Traffic Solutions (ITS)!

4. Get a head start on networking

A major benefit of large in-person conferences is the chance to connect with hundreds of fellow transportation professionals from across the country. Once you register, access the conference app to browse the speakers and attendees planning to join you in Hamilton. This is a great tool to help you prepare for all the people you’ll meet at the social and plenary events!

5. Prepare yourself for a packed program

With a program featuring over 100 presentations, workshops, panels, and innovative sessions, ITE Canada 2024 will offer unparalleled professional development opportunities around the theme of Disruptive Progress: The Path to Safer, Cleaner and More Equitable Transportation.

Start building your personal conference schedule as soon as you register to make the most of a jam-packed week in Hamilton!
