ITE Canada invites you to join us for a Virtual Technical Symposium to be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The full program will be announced soon. In the meantime, we invite you to explore opportunities to showcase your company and start planning for your attendance!

PROGRAM

DATE: Wednesday, December 3
TIME: 8 am – 1 pm (Pacific) / 11 am – 4 pm (Eastern)

The curated symposium will feature presenters from across Canada speaking in four sessions on curbside management, electric vehicles, AI, and transit.

The event will include four live virtual sessions with 15 minutes breaks in between. These sessions will qualify for professional development credits/hours.

A detailed schedule with speaker names and presentation descriptions is coming soon.

SPONSORSHIP

Four sponsorships are available at $500 with one sponsor supporting each of the four sessions.

Each sponsorship will include:

  • 2 individual registrations
  • Recognition during opening plenary
  • Recognition during sponsored session – logo on slide & verbal acknowledgement
  • Logo in promotional materials including the event website, social media posts reaching 7,500+ followers, and email blasts to 4,000+ transportation professionals and students.

REGISTRATION

Registered attendees will receive access to all four live sessions. Recordings will also be made available to registrants for a limited period after the symposium.

ITE Young Member$50Must be a registered ITE Young Member – a non-student between the ages of 22 and 29
Non-Member$125Any professional who is not a current paid ITE member
Students$10Must be a current full-time post-secondary student
Group Rate$300For a live in-person group viewing in a single location (e.g., boardroom) for 4-10 individuals from the same company/organization. Names of individuals attending must be provided at time of registration to receive PDH credits.
