
CITE has embarked on the development of a Communications Strategy and 18-Month Implementation Plan – a key objective of The CITE 2020-2024 Strategic Plan that was completed at the onset of COVID-19. After a challenging two years, we are ready to re-energize our communications and our membership – this Plan is for your benefit!
Who is helping us and what is involved?
Uplift Engagement Communications Inc. was retained to lead the development of the Communications Strategy and Implementation Plan. The Uplift Team has been busy learning and uncovering anything and everything to do with CITE’s communication channels. This work consists of an audit of the brand (graphics and messaging), the website, social media, Transportation Talk, and connections and communications between ITE, CITE, Sections, Student Chapters, our membership as a whole, and our connection to the wider community outside of Transportation Professionals. We have also conducted one-on-one interviews with more than a dozen members from across the country and three workshops with CITE’s Executive and Board members, Section Executives, and Student Chapter Executives and Advisors
How can you provide input?
We heard and learned a lot and now we are looking for feedback from professionals and students from across our membership and the transportation industry.
