CITE members save $400 on SFU Next-Generation Transportation course
Simon Fraser University’s online Next-Generation Transportation Certificate is designed to help planners and engineers use next-generation transportation strategies to advance livable and sustainable cities of the future. We emphasize case studies from around the world with policies and practices that resolve conflicts and explore trade-offs between different modes of transportation. Our instructors—experienced, fresh-thinking sustainability leaders, policy-makers, planners and decision-makers from North America and beyond—will provide context for past practice, improve on the conventional, discuss the radical and explore the possibilities that will make up transportation for the next generation.
The certificate is comprised of four online courses. The first course, Next-Generation Cities and Transportation, is a 12-week course starting October 2 and can be taken individually or as part of the certificate. CITE members who register for this course by September 9 save $400 on tuition (regular tuition is $1375, CITE members pay $975). Register by September 9 using the promo code SFUpartner .
