The series is designed for mid-career professionals and features many of the speakers from SFU’s Next-Generation Transportation Certificate program, a certificate designed primarily for planners and engineers. The series has already lined up speakers including Daniel Firth who will speak on his experience implementing congestion charging in Stockholm and London, Ryan Martinson from Stantec will speak on Calgary’s cycle pilot project, and Gordon Price will be speaking on health and transportation in Vancouver.
