The presentation will provide a summary of the results of the Capital Regional District’s 2022 Origin and Destination Household Travel Survey. This important source of data profiles travel patterns of residents of the region. The presentation will provide insights on how micro-mobility (specifically e-bikes) and the pandemic have interrupted traditional modes of travel while also demonstrating how the data informs decision making and monitoring of targets across different levels of government, the private and nonprofit sector. The presentation will examine data at a municipal, sub-regional and regional scale.
