ITE Canada is pleased to offer, in partnership with the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC), a new in-depth training opportunity tailored to your road safety professional development needs: the Road Safety for Canadian Practitioners online training program.
Addressing a critical need identified by Canadian transportation practitioners, this adaptable program allows you to tailor your learning to your specific professional development needs with five optional modules. The five courses offered include:
- Module 1 – Foundations of Road Safety
- Module 2 – Measuring Safety
- Module 3 – Human Factors and Road Safety
- Module 4 – Solving Safety Problems
- Module 5 – Implementing Road Safety Programs
Format
Courses are delivered through TAC’s Online Training Centre as self-paced, on-demand modules that include recorded lectures, case studies, exercises, supplemental reading lists & quizzes. Lectures in each course range from 3-6 hours. In total, the five courses offer 24 hours of learning. Modules are accessible for 6 months after payment.
