It is not always possible for the Board or Executive Committee to conduct business in a timely fashion through face-to-face meetings or conference calls. In such instances, the District bylaws allow for a meeting conducted by email. The purpose of this policy is to:

  • Define the circumstances for calling an email meeting
  • Outline the procedure for holding an email meeting
