Speaker: Gayathri Shukla – Founder, Campfire Kinship

Gayathri Shukla is a leadership, diversity and human-centred design expert. She is a Professional Engineer and holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Calgary and an Executive MBA from Queens University. She founded Campfire Kinship, a company building inclusive cultures through story-based solutions. Her presentation, “The Art of Inclusive Leadership,” will speak to the importance of cultivating empathy in a diverse workforce. She will share strategies to strengthen personal leadership styles and authentically engage with people of different backgrounds and viewpoints.
