We are a non-profit corporation that is governed by the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act , registered as Canadian Institute of Transportation Engineers, and doing business as ITE Canada District (ITE Canada) under the framework of the Operating Bylaw No. 1.
As a District of ITE—A Community of Transportation Professionals, we are also guided by a Charter and District Board Operating Manual that govern our operation.
