ITE Appointee Reporting Form

Purpose

Appointees are required to attend the mandatory ITE International and TAC Committee and Council meetings, representing ITE Canada. Activity reports are intended for appointees to report back to the ITE Canada membership; share their learnings and updates as part of their active attendance at their respective meetings and furthermore provide feedback/suggestions for ITE Canada’s consideration. Reports also provide an opportunity to highlight appointees, sitting on Committees and Councils.

How to Write an Activity Report

Strive for high quality content to inform the ITE Canada membership. Think about what you learned and what you want the ITE Canada membership to know, i.e. emerging trends, topics of interest for partner organizations, new projects, opportunities, challenges, etc.
Keep the report positive.
Be thorough and concise.
Give credit where credit is due. Thank individuals for their help. If you provided assistance or completed a task, please say so.
It’s okay to report that you began or researched something. Not everything happens inside one reporting period and preparatory activities may take time and add value.
